You Agree To:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and order placement

• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You Agree NOT To:

• Submit URLs for websites containing illegal content, adult material, hate speech, gambling, pharmaceutical products, or malware
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit our pricing systems, publisher networks, or internal processes
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute our deliverables without prior written approval under a white-label agreement
• Use our services for spammy, black-hat SEO, link farming, or any practices violating Google's Webmaster Guidelines
• Engage in harassment, abusive communication, or bad-faith chargebacks against our team or publishers
• Impersonate another entity or provide false business information to obtain services under false pretenses

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of pending orders without refund.

Payment Terms & Pricing

All trademarks, logos, website design, proprietary processes, software, publisher network databases, and brand identity elements are the exclusive property of GlobalBacklink.com. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Publisher Content

Guest posts published on third-party websites become the property of the respective publisher. Clients receive a permanent backlink placement, not ownership of the hosting webpage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalBacklink.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Loss of revenue, profit, data, business, or goodwill resulting from use of our services
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in service delivery
